If this all seems like a weird way to introduce a post about me figuring out how to query and manipulate RDF metadata, well, it is. I do intend to write more about this soon, but for now I'll just say that the question I'm interested in is this: Is the linked data published by the Library of Congress being materially changed as a result of the aforementioned flurry of executive orders?
